Requirements

and this

-       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Management

-       Professional Human Resources Certification preferred

-       2-5 years of equivalent work experience, including thorough experience with all aspects of Human Resources.

-       Must be able to work with a diverse team and customer base under strict confidentiality

-       Ability to create and analyze reports.

-       Knowledge and experience administering all aspects of leave including FMLA, OFLA, ADA, workers comp.

-       Knowledge of employment law with the ability to stay current through continuous education.

-       Excellent communication, both written and verbal, customer service and problem resolution skills

-       Ability to address and resolve complex employee issues confidentially with tact and diplomacy

-       Must be self-motivated.

-       Proven experience working in ADP systems or comparable HR system.

-       Proficiency with basic office equipment and software such as MS Office.
