Looking for someone to take our Human Resources department to a new level for a great company. HR is currently being done by the accounting department and we need to make this a full-time (exempt) position.  This job that will continue to grow in responsibility.  No limits, this position will be what you make it.




Talent Acquisition

  • Recruits all levels of employees, including identifying optimum sourcing avenues, writing/placing ads, screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Participates in interviews as required, assists staff members in identifying and creating job related interview questions.

  • Prepares and maintains job documentation, job evaluation, and company salary structure systems.

  • Recommending/participating in development and execution of orientation programs, procedures for new employees and performing onboarding for new hires.

  • Prepares offer letters, initiates the background verification process, coordinates health screens, including pre-employment screenings.
  • Developing and maintaining good relationship with universities, employment agencies and other recruitment resources.

  • Completes compliance reporting for new hires.

Employee Relations and Performance Management

  • Assists with the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Participates in the development and management of an employee recognition program to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.

  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to management (coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions).

  • Works closely with management to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.

Payroll and Benefits

  • Process weekly and semi-monthly payrolls (in conjunction with a PEO).

  • Manage employee PTO program.

Organizational Development and Training

  • Assist departments in employee training processes.

  • Providing research and statistical information to staff in collecting, preparing and analyzing the information for use in implementation of procedures and policies.





  • 2-5 years experience

  • HR or Senior Generalist

  • Spanish speaking preferred      



  • Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Human Resources or Business.

  • SHRM certificate (or pursuing same)
