ERPi is currently seeking a full time Human Resource Generalist to provide onsite support at our Fairfax, VA site.

 

We are currently seeking a dynamic HR professional who will be responsible for providing high quality, confidential and efficient support of day-to-day people and Human Capital operations. This position will focus on human resources functions and human capital support operations.

 

Position Responsibilities:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for performing responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, affirmative action and employment law compliance.

 

• Performs benefits administration to include enrollments, terminations, COBRA administration, claims resolution, vendor file feeds, reconcile invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees
• Manages online benefit enrollment module for qualifying life events and open enrollment in HRIS
• Provides support for compensation function including compensation analysis projects, market surveys, benefits administration and administration of the performance appraisal program
• Files EEO-1 and VETS 4212 reports annually; maintain other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations
• Coordinates and conducts new employee orientation, leading the onboarding and orientation process for new employees
• Maintain employee data in HRIS, process new hires, terminations and any personnel changes to ensure data integrity
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly scheduled reporting and any ad hoc report requests
• Provides front line support to employees with regard to HR support; working closely with HR leadership
• Coordinates with Recruitment with regard to candidate and new hire processing
• Provides leadership and program support to employee engagement activities
• Perform other duties as assigned to drive our mission and vision 

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:


• 2 – 4 years of HR experience, ideally in a government contracting setting.
• Must have experience with Benefits administration
• Expert in MS Word and Excel
• Experience with HRIS, to include new hire processing and benefits administration
• Experience with UltiPro preferred
• Self-motivation, drive, and a willingness to go above and beyond
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail in composing, and proofing materials; establishing priorities; and meeting deadlines
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
