Based in our Miami office, you will be reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer.  Your objectives will be to lead, manage and execute the HR function and effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals

Requirements

Skills, Education & Experience

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience working in a human resources department is required.   
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required. Certifications in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Key Performance Management Systems and Human Resources Management Systems required
  • Bilingual 100%. Fluency in Spanish and English, written and verbal skills 
  • Demonstrated ability and experience working in a dynamic environment and under pressure.
  • Travel 20%
