 About the Position:

Reporting to the CFO, the HR Director will lead a team of 5 HR professionals. The team is responsible for, but not limited to, human capital management, talent management, culture and employee engagement, compensation and reward/retention strategies, benefits, performance management and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations for a large non-exempt and home-based workforce. As Synq3 is in a phase of rapid growth and national expansion, it is critical for the HR Director to develop and enhance the current structure, processes and culture of the organization.

Requirements

The selected individual must:

  • Possess a demonstrated passion for, and success in, fostering and driving culture with a successful background implementing innovative retention strategies and programs
  • Possess a strong desire to contribute and grow with a company during a time of high growth and rapid national expansion
  • Be respected as a trusted advisor and influencer, recognized as a change agent and able to set strategic direction, execute and measure all HR solutions and strategies that address business and growth objectives
  • Create a collaborative team environment while continually modeling personal excellence and full spectrum leadership to ensure the team delivers high quality, end to end support and ensure all business needs are met
  • Anticipate, lead, coach and mentor to provide innovative people solutions addressing complex business issues including but not limited to leading change, organizational design, strategic decision making and implementing employee acquisition, engagement and culture strategies

 Requirements:

  • 10+ years diverse and progressive HR experience
  • 5+ years demonstrated success as a senior leader including working with senior executives
  • Past successes in fostering culture and attacking and implementing retention programs
  • Ability to drive a cohesive HR team service delivery model
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to create measurement tools to manage and monitor the health of the employee population
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline; SHRM-SCP or equivalent preferred

  • Strong executive presence including capability to successful engage with highest levels of leadership
  • Proven ability to move seamlessly from strategy to execution
  • Demonstrated successful project management experience
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Leadership experience making difficult and sometimes unpopular decisions
  • Experience leading change initiatives with high growth organizations
  • Demonstrated experience developing HR professionals and succession depth
  • Ability to utilize systems to obtain data for analysis and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Call Center or similar industry experience
