SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruiting candidates for all positions. Human Resources Coordinator also supports HR Director, HR Department with any administrative HR-related duties.
RECRUITMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily management of the applicant tracking system, including managing all requisitions.
- Conduct telephone or in -person interviews to screen candidates for various positions. Help fill branch vacancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate interviews for branch Management and follow up on hiring decisions in a timely manner.
- Maintain and provide recruitment tracking/status metrics weekly.
- Provide support to nationwide branches with onboarding process of new team members.
- Guide applicants and team members through ATS and answer any questions pertaining to onboarding systems.
- Ensure onboarding documents, including I-9 and tax documents are properly completed.
- Proactive recruiting efforts.
- Communicate efficiently and constantly with all levels of management during the recruitment process.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
- Manage onboarding tasks for Nationwide branches.
- Input and process Status Change Forms utilizing ADP database.
- Track and maintain team member 30/60 and 90 day evaluations; ensure reviews are completed in a timely manner.
- Process voluntary separation.
- Run background checks and drug screens as needed.
- Assist HR Department with employment verifications, EDD claims, I-9 audits, evaluation reports, and other tasks as needed.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Staffing and/or Recruitment.
- Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations, particularly those applicable to employment screening, applicants, and interviewing preferred.
- Must have effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and exhibit excellent multitasking skills.
- Proven experience in dealing effectively with diverse team member/management issues.
- Bilingual-English and Spanish preferred
- Strong MS Office skills; previous experience with HRIS/ATS systems helpful.
