We are looking for a true team player to support our Human Resources Team in areas of administration, reporting, compliance and other projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing personnel files, maintain org chart, scanning documents, and employment verifications
  • Performance review management and administration (scheduling, following up, and salary increases)
  • Prepare paperwork/materials for onboarding, terminations, and leave of absences
  • Pension file administration and reconciliation
  • Assist coordinating company, corporate, and wellness events
  • Run monthly reports for compliance, age reductions, life insurance
  • Spreadsheet maintenance and tracking (Leave of absence, new hire/terms)
  • Assist recruitment related activities when needed: scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, reference checking, job descriptions, and pre-hire investigations and insure local compliance with federal and state posting requirements
  • Create and analyze adhoc reports based on business needs using pivot tables, v lookup and if function
  • Assist with other HR duties as directed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; HR Certification from a recognized institute of HR learning can be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of HR experience preferred
  • Advanced level Excel skills
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Quick learner especially with HR systems and technology
  • Flexible – team player willing to assist where needed
