Revantage Corporate Services is a newly formed company created to provide a shared services platform consisting of HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, Risk Management and Technology professionals to support Blackstone’s various real estate businesses in multifamily (LivCor, commercial office (Equity Office), retail (ShopCore), and hotel (BRE Hotels and Resorts) assets. Revantage Corporate Services is headquartered in Chicago, IL, and has approximately 150 employees.
With a focus on exceptional service delivery to multiple Blackstone Real Estate Portfolio Companies, the Coordinator-People Services will ensure a positive employee experience beginning with the onboarding process and continuing through offboarding. This role will serve as the first point of contact for employees for payroll, benefits, onboarding and other people program/policy questions; ensuring all employees are accurately captured in our system.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Onboarding employees from background check through orientation.
Offboarding employees including exit interviews.
Data entry of new hires, promotions, changes, and terminations into third-party system. Ensuring all employee data changes are entered quickly and accurately.
Support the People & Culture business partners with various programs including the performance appraisal process, talent management and engagement.
Create new hire offer and promotion letters.
Respond to employee questions received through the People & Culture email and phone line.
Handle employee requests and provide support.
Generate and disseminate weekly reports for various departments.
Coordinate education assistance administration and reimbursement.
Administer service awards and recognition programs.
Provide recruiting support including, job postings, and sourcing and screening as needed.
Other job duties, as assigned.
