BroadPath Healthcare Solutions is hiring a HR Business Partner in our local Tucson Office.

The HR Business Partner will be accountable for rapidly scaling-up our Human Resource Department’s capacity in hiring and on-boarding (process, tools, team utilization, etc.) so that it can support our organizations continued, steady and tremendous growth.

Will manage and develop the Human Resource team who are responsible for all HR functions including; On-boarding, Off-boarding, new hire, benefits, compensation, employee relations, annual review process, progressive discipline, compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies.

  • Lead and develop a small team of HR professionals, and ensure they are business oriented, proactive, responsive, focused, metric-oriented and delivering a top-tier human relations experience
  • Ensure the company complies with all national, multi-state and local legal statutes and employment laws
  • Oversee the HR staff’s daily processes to include: on-boarding, off-boarding, FMLA, leaves of absence, safety and worker’s compensation, and unemployment claims processing
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting Operations on all HR focused aspects of the recruiting process
  • Collaborate with Compliance Manager on policy and procedure compliance
  • Collaborate with Training Manager on onboarding and employee development initiatives
  • Build relationships with all business unit leaders, by being a strong and collaborative leader, an expert in Human Resources, who is clearly aligned with the business objectives
  • Recommend continual improvements to policies and procedures to support business operations
  • Develop annual performance review process and compensation plan
  • Conduct or oversee investigations and consults with legal counsel as necessary
  • Develop, monitor and adhere to department annual budget


Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources, business or a related field, and 5+ years human resources director experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience directing the HR team/processes for a 5000+ employee call center. Will consider local Tucson HR talent (with a bit less volume experience) and the caliber to quickly grow to this level as our business dictates
  • Experience directing a large contingent of remote based employees
  • Strong experience in a national HR setting, administering and providing detailed directives, crafting policies, maintaining EEOC and national, multi-state, and local labor law compliance for all aspects of a vastly distributed (remote) workforce
  • Expertise in liaising with the EEOC, writing position statements, conducting internal investigations, and providing positive resolutions regarding claims, inquiries or complaints
  • Ready and capable of redefining and building scalable processes, programs, and policies to support our organizations continued, steady, and high volume of on and off-boarding of contingent workforce
  • Strong communication skills, and ability to focus on developing and communicating analytically, and collaborating cross-organizationally
  • Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to engage, manage, and influence others
  • The ability to adapt quickly and be flexible in a rapidly changing workplace, managing multiple shifting priorities
  • High level of technical experience, working on multiple computer systems and platforms daily
  • Ability to coach and lead other executives on the overall big picture from an HR perspective

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification i.e. SPHR, SPHRi, GPHR
