We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our North America Global Functions team, based in Boston, MA.  The HR Business Partner works with local Schneider Digital, Global Marketing and Strategy leaders to drive the HR processes including talent management, recruiting, rewards and employee relations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Coaching the leadership team, providing advice and support on all related HR matters
•Maintaining positive employee engagement by focusing on employee activities, employee recognition programs, career development and communication forums
•Manage day to day employee relations and HR related questions leveraging our internal HR Shared Service model
•Contribute to employees' professional development and embrace the talent strategy by supporting the identification and assessment of the best talent

•You are a people-first experienced HR professional, someone who understands how to apply data while able to solve people problems by being a true partner and consultant to business leaders and employees.
•You enjoy coaching and advising managers on all levels to lead change management processes, workforce planning efforts and development programs for all employees.
•You have the experience to partner with managers and provide resources to assess, manage, and improve employee performance
•Can use metrics to track and communicate HR performance to business and HR leaders
•Have the ability to assess employee engagement on a proactive, ongoing basis; identifies and works to address disengagement issues early
•You can act as a mediator, available for informal or formal mediation discussions. You can successfully work in a fast paced environment with multiple business partners. 


•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other related discipline with 10+ years experience in HR generalist area.
•Prefer PHR or SPHR certification 
•Strong relationship development skills with the ability to manage multiple key stakeholders across a sizeable portfolio.
•Sound judgement, evidence and knowledge to arrive at accurate, expert and professional decisions.
•Ability to influence change, achieving quality outcomes through organization and prioritization.
•Experience supporting individuals in multiple locations and time zones across the country
•Strong leadership skills:  collaboration, communication, influence, drive for results, effective planning & prioritization, and project management
•Strong verbal and written communications skills
•You must be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and matrix environment
•Previous work in a multi organization support structure with openness to explore global exposure
•Educates employees and managers on business-critical legal, policy, and HR related processes to create clarity and alignment
•Knowledge of local employment laws to ensure compliance in the US and our growing international locations, and the ability to apply those laws to our current and future employees
•Must be able to travel to various locations, including international travel
•Must have the ability to roll with change in a very fast-paced dynamic environment
•Successful HR Generalist career with a well-rounded working knowledge of US employment law, talent strategy, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, etc.
•Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner effectively as part of a team.
