Duties and Requirements:

Provide strategic HR guidance to managers and department heads regarding team performance, development and terminations.

Proven experience of working with Sr. business leaders to deliver complex HR solutions.

Strong change management experience with proven success of positive outcomes.

Identify top performers within the company, keep them motivated and growing.

Conduct talent reviews and create development plans for HiPo’s.

Participate with budget planning and quarterly forecasts for the business lines supported.

Document proper feedback and manage performance improvement plans properly.

Advise employees as needed on employee relations issues, development and career planning.

Work with Talent Acquisition to maintain a collaborative environment related to staffing.

Provide insight to compensation discussions.

Conduct training in person and over WebEx to large groups.

Meet with new hires as they become ingrained into the company.

Conduct exit interviews.

Assist in developing and improving overall company culture.

Keep abreast on the latest labor laws, employment laws and related procedural information.


5+ years of experience working within a Shared Services environment in a Human Resources capacity.

Prior experience working with technical or analytical teams.

Must have worked in a matrix environment.

Well versed in HR best practices & policies.

Critical thinker with demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.

Experience with employee relations, performance improvement, terminations and other HR responsibilities.

Must be a self-starter, innovative and efficient.

Proven experience as a trusted HR advisor.

Enjoy working in a team environment and always willing to participate in getting things done.

Ability to effectively offer creative ideas and approaches when dealing with difficult situations.
