JOB SUMMARY:
As the GA site HR Business Partner, partner with the GA leadership team to lead and support the growth of the GA office by carrying out the responsibilities of the Human Resources Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following (other duties may be assigned):
• Perform HR Business Partner duties as the HR point of contact for Wholesale Screening Solutions Georgia and Georgia Public Records employees to include employee relations, communication and engagement, new hire orientation, benefits and policy, recruiting and procedure application.
• Employee Relations – HR liaison for Georgia employees for all employee relations items, ensure open environment for concerns, research and resolve concerns and ensure compliance and consistency with all LRG policies.
• Business Partner – responsible for partnering with GA site leadership to assist in achieving operational goals
• Recruiting – partner with GA site leadership to forecast and plan for hiring needs. Recruit, hire and onboard employees in a timely and compliant manner for the Georgia location. Research and implement partnerships with regional educational institutions.
• Compliance – ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws, responsible for monitoring, updating and compliance with federal and state regulations, including required postings and notifications.

• Benefits – educate employees and respond quickly and accurately to employee benefit and payroll inquiries; ensure timely communication with corporate HR Manager of Payroll and Benefits regarding employee payroll and benefit enrollment, changes and updates
• New Hire Processing and Orientation– generate offer letters, correspond with candidates and new employees, generate onboarding paperwork; conduct HR new hire orientation
• Administrative – maintain appropriate documentation and files, work together with corporate to create, revise and update job descriptions as needed
• Employee Activities – coordinate, research and implement employee activities and community service activities for the Georgia location
• Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed
• Various other HR duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Protect organization's value and employee privacy by keeping information confidential.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Education:
o Minimum: Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field
o Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• Experience:
o Minimum: 3 years of HR Business Partner experience in an hourly environment, preferably in a rapid growth environment; 3 years of employee relations experience
o Preferred: 5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience in an hourly environment, with a successful record in employee relations and recruiting experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position:
• Microsoft Office experience is a must.
• Knowledge and proficiency in variety of HRIS systems, preferably in Paylocity.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Displays high level of organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Display high level of coaching and mentoring ability.
• Display high level of professionalism, confidentiality and influencing skills.
WORK HOURS:
Salaried position with typical work hours 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; overtime as required to meet key objectives.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Repetitive motion. Moderate movements/motions of the wrists, hands and/or fingers
• Visual acuity. Required to have close visual acuity to perform activities including viewing and reading a computer monitor and documents
