JOB TITLE:                      Employee Xperience Business Partner

DEPARTMENT:              Employee Xperience

REPORTS TO:                 Director, Employee Xperience

 

OVERVIEW

The Employee Xperience Business Partner consults with assigned business areas in efforts to meet One10’s mission of creating an employee-centric culture. Additionally, this role will be One10’s compensation expert owning programs and processes that drive a total rewards philosophy throughout the organization. The EX BP will be a trusted advisor on all areas of human resources for the assigned group of clients.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Provides consultation as the trusted advisor with business leaders in the strategic planning process and development of people strategies that support the business needs of assigned client group
  • Acts as compensation expert providing guidance in all areas of compensation supporting the philosophy of aligning rewards to performance
  • Provides day to day performance management guidance to people managers (coaching, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
  • Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to drive &/or lead change. Facilitates change management initiatives within assigned client group
  • Provides guidance in the interpretation and execution of HR policies and various employment laws
  • Identifies and leads project initiatives for the business
  • Works collaboratively with the appropriate internal areas to execute flawlessly 

QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a Human Resource Business Partner position
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR with at least 4+ years’ experience in HR generalist capacity that required organizational effectiveness, employee relations, change management, employment law, performance management and policy development/administration
  • Proven ability to create and execute organization-wide compensation strategies, procedures and processes
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including, employee relations, recruiting, talent management, and federal and state employment laws
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with business partners
  • Ability to quickly develop strong trusting relationships
  • Manage multiple conflicting priorities
  • Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels
  • Be self-directed and motivated
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
