This position is located in our Miracle Mile offices in Los Angeles and sits with our HR team.
The HR Analyst will enter and maintain employee data and administer HR processes related to the employee lifecycle (onboarding, document maintenance, terminations, etc.). The position will also be responsible for generating, maintaining and analyzing a variety of ad hoc and standard reports, many of which are related to government reporting (AAP, WOTC, FLSA). This position will support the HR team with projects and other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be a detailed oriented individual with strong Excel, HRIS and analytical skills as well as attention to detail and accuracy. This role reports to the HRIS Analyst.
