United Talent Agency is seeking an HR Administrator in our Beverly Hills Office. Reporting to the Director of HR Administration and working closely with the Senior HRIS Analyst, the HR Administrator will maintain and enhance our processes and systems, both manual and system-driven. This position will provide strong internal HR support and ensure HR compliance and data integrity, in addition to providing Workday assistance to the HR group, managers, employees, and stakeholders to help with Workday issues, data management and system administration.


HR Administration

  • Oversee overtime management and the reporting process;
  • Conduct monthly reviews of HR’s expenses against Finance’s provided reports;
  • Conduct semi-annual audits of UTA’s active building passes;
  • Conduct quarterly audit of UTA’s active email accounts;
  • Complete employment verifications;
  • Review and process unemployment claims;
  • Liaise with payroll;
  • Liaise with internal employees at all levels including external clients and partners;
  • Partner with HR department colleagues to provide department and company-wide five-star customer service;
  • Support various members of the HR team on special projects as needed; and
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.



  • Support HRIS initiatives pertaining to the employee life cycle, such as recruiting, onboarding, compensation, and offboarding;
  • Be a key member in the implementation of phase 2 of our Workday roll-out, including the payroll, benefits, time tracking, and absence management modules;
  • Own and process input into Workday, including new hires, terminations and data changes;
  • Gather and document business needs of clients and stakeholders;
  • Provide support for all the current and future enhancements in Workday;
  • Assist with answering questions and troubleshooting HR and Workday questions;
  • Run regular and ad hoc reports from Workday;
  • Audit for data integrity and correct data and configuration as needed;
  • Help create training materials for our end users; and
  • Provide back-up to the Senior HRIS Analyst.

Personnel files

  • Maintain employee personnel files.
  • Research and implement an e-file process to digitize all current employee paper files;
  • Assist with file review requests from employees and Legal; and
  • Conduct annual reviews of terminated employee personal file against UTA’s retention policy.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience;
  • Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks; and
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands on HRIS experience (Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management). Workday experience is strongly preferred;
