Full-Time Temporary

For the right fit, this Full-Time, Temporary assignment will start immediately, and will run at least 1 month (through May), and possibly 2 months (through June). Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.


You will report to the HR Manager, support work on current projects, and provide administrative assistance to the department as a whole. Each day in HR is different, and dependent upon priority and need, you will be:

  • Supporting general HR functions by answering employee questions, assisting with employee requests, and maintaining employee files utilizing HRIS (Paylocity), Easecentral (Benefits)

  • Providing project support to the HR Manager by conducting research, obtaining topic, subject information, creating summary report of findings, and dependent upon subject, submitting recommendations

  • Providing general administrative support to the HR Department utilizing systems (Google Hire, Trello), including stocking and ordering supplies, and producing document packages and handouts for reports, presentations, and training materials

Requirements

  • 5+ years previous HR experience
  • Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings
  • Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
  • Intermediate Google Suites user a plus
  • HRIS experience needed
