You, as our new Recruiter, will be responsible for the full life-cycle of recruiting, to include but not limited to, the candidate selection process including recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.



  1. Designing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to effectively identify, attract, qualify, recruit, and hire talent to meet current and projected needs of the company.
  2. Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act.
  3. Fully utilize applicant and employee databases.
  4. Manage the process of securing qualified candidates for organizational job openings.
  5. Manage the recruitment advertising function to include but not limited to the discovery of new resources and make recommendations to management to further expand the candidate pool and organizational branding.
  6. Maintain expertise in the industry by being aware of marketplace changes and trends affecting the market.
  7. Participate in the marketing program for recruitment of staff.
  8. Participate in job fairs, conferences, and other networking events relative to recruiting. 
  9. Serve as a liaison with management, staff, and external candidates to streamline recruitment procedures and accomplish organizational objectives. 
  10. Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on policies, process, and regulatory issues.
  11. Develop, maintain, and distribute salary survey information as needed.
  12. Work with Director/Manager of Recruiting in providing requested information for proposals. 
  13. Responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal clients, candidates, and employees. 
  14. Must be willing to travel roughly 10%. 
  15. Other duties as assigned.




  1. Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  2. At least three years or more of professional level experience in recruitment and selection activities is required, and preferably some of that experience within a hospital, medical center, or health system setting.
  3. Talent acquisition/recruitment certification is preferred.
  4. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
  5. Must have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  6. Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  7. Strong understanding of external resources; job boards/databases, mining the web, social media, email marketing and cold calling.
  8. Knowledge of employment law required.
  9. Travel required.
