Prior experience in development and execution of recruiting and talent growth strategies is a requirement.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Grow’s full recruiting strategy, in both hands-on capacity as our lead recruiter and as a manager to our recruiting coordinator.
  • Drive the agency’s full hiring stack including outbound and inbound sourcing, candidate screening, interview rounds, and decision support for agency hiring managers.
  • Proactively build relationships with exceptional people through talent hubs, social media, professional networks, and schools—ranging from emerging talent to well-established industry veterans.
  • Develop and execute agency-wide recruiting strategy, and create and manage sourcing ads for outbound resourcing campaigns.
  • Drive company and employee feedback cycles to ensure Grow and its team members are consistently aligned, inspired, engaged, and happy.
  • Drive internal talent development in partnership with management teams, including formal and informal training, conference attendance, and individual coaching.
  • Clearly articulate and help influence company culture, operational approach, and benefit programs, including first-day orientation and off-boarding processes.
  • Regularly review industry salary, bonus, and other incentive structures to ensure compensation programs are well reasoned, balanced, and highly competitive.

This is a full-time position at our office in downtown Norfolk, VA. Grow offers paid relocation and temporary housing for selected candidates.
