The Head of Talent Acquisition and On Boarding is responsible for the development and implementation of recruitment and on-boarding strategies that enhance the candidate experience, maximize efficiency and secure high caliber, culturally aligned talent. This position is responsible for process automation, predictive analytics and analyzing data and trends to determine overall effectiveness. This position will work in conjunction with other leaders and Talent Acquisition team members to develop a road map to support organizational and strategic goals and objectives and inspire team members to embrace innovative sourcing strategies and techniques which engage both active and passive candidates.

 Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee best in class recruitment and on-boarding function and staff including full cycle recruitment workflow, sourcing strategies, staffing plans, candidate pipeline development, on-boarding.
  • Be a champion of our culture and Guiding Principles, ensuring that candidates are fully vetted and there is alignment
  • Fully leverage the use of the ATS and other recruitment platforms and tools
  • Coach, lead and develop team to build engagement, capabilities, and efficiencies within the team
  • Able to balance strategic and systems thinking with operational implementation and execution
  • Evaluate key metrics and data to assess operational and service opportunities and create predictive models, such as candidate success
  • Drive automation through the use of RPA
  • Create the candidate experience, with a focus on being of service
  • Use Behavioral Assessment tool(s) to ensure candidate success
  • Drive an effective employer branding strategy throughout the candidate life cycle
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare all reporting including Req reports, headcount reports, Budget forecasting and metrics

Requirements

 

  • 10-15 yoe in a Talent Acquisition leadership role for a growing company targeting at least 200+ hires/year
  • Have worked in high growth environments and driven employee growth from 300-500 to 1,000-2,000 employees
  • Knowledge of implementation and use of ATS- knowledge of Cornerstone very helpful
  • BS/BA Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required, MS preferred
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry preferred
