As we continue to build out our People Team, we are looking for a program manager to deliver an exceptional experience across all relocation, immigration, internal recruitment, and other mobility related programs. This new role offers an exciting opportunity to build these programs from the ground up. As the first person to assume this role formally at OneTrust, you will have the opportunity to shape the role and design meaningful programs focused on retaining and developing top talent.

What You Will Do

  • Design a world class mobility program with policy administration, vendor management, and process design while optimizing for the employee experience
  • Manage and track the movement of team members globally, including expatriates, short-term assignments, transfers, contract extensions and repatriations
  • Proactively identify and highlight all risks and deadlines for each move, maintaining strong attention to detail while juggling multiple moves with tight turnaround times
  • Manage visa and green card process, respond to visa inquiries, provide consultation on the visa process, ensure compliance, track and monitor critical deadlines and proactively identify risk and issue
  • Serves as a consultant for the internal recruiting team and hiring managers to provide guidance on immigration to provide strategic solutions and working with outside counsel for more complex cases
  • Design and develop immigration resources for internal partners and employees to include: FAQs, policies, and process documents
  • Be aware of, communicate and cascade any changes in immigration law and practice to relevant stakeholders and employees; monitor ongoing compliance with global policies and guidelines
  • Drive the adoption, communication, training and change management of various initiatives within Global Mobility
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for programs and tasks, anticipating, escalating, and resolving issues
  • Manage I-9 process including initial intake, maintenance, and periodic audits


What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (focus in Human Resources, Business, or relevant degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 to 5 years of experience with the corporate business immigration in an organization with a significant volume of immigration-supported employees
  • SHRM-CP or PHR credential highly regarded
  • Knowledge of HR practices in the market as well as legislative and regulatory changes and experience implementing technology solutions to support compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of key global mobility life-cycle processes and methodologies
  • Experience handling day-to-day transactions relating to immigration for all business units and entities: new hires, international transfers, extensions, and permanent residency
  • Experience thinking through end-to-end solutions to improve the processes and plan around systematic blind spots through the mobility lifecycle
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems (principles and function technology) and experience partnering with HRIS team to integrate global mobility technology solutions across platforms
  • Broad knowledge of global Immigration and Tax concepts and the ability to interpret and explain to assignees, HR and Managers
  • Ability to effectively interface with all level of employees
  • Proven ability to function in a self-directed, fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required for success
  • Strong results orientation with a dedicated focus on clients
  • Detail-oriented with a very high level of accuracy
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of business sensitive, company proprietary, and Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
