Director of Organizational Development
Reno, USA $150k to $160k pa, plus bonus, share options (after qualifying period), 401k plan, healthcare and benefits

As such, we are looking to appoint an outstanding Director of Organizational Development, who can shape and deliver transformational change within this progressive organization.
Responsibilities:
- This is a high impact new role required to bring greater impact, clarity and direction to the Organizational Development function.
- Operating in both a hands on and strategic capacity, you will be accountable for the design, development and implementation of a range of organizational development and leadership programmes, processes and initiatives on a truly global basis.
- You will lead and oversee a diverse range of activities across the full end to end employee lifecyle. This will encompass; organizational development, succession planning and employee retention, employee engagement, learning and development, workforce planning, performance management and career development.
- You will design and develop company wide initiatives that further the organization’s ED&I strategy in order to create a more diverse and inclusive organization.
- To ensure all appropriate organizational development systems, tools and techniques are implemented i.e. performance management ensuring full compliance on all occasions.
- To work alongside a senior leadership team to develop the talent strategy to support business objectives.
Person:
- This is without doubt a significant change management role critical to business success and therefore demands an individual who enjoys a growth agenda, a substantial challenge and autonomy.
- You will have substantial experience of driving a diverse range of programmes and initiatives across the complete organizational development spectrum, where you can pinpoint tangible improvements, enhancing business performance.
- Degree qualified in HR or a related field (you may possibly also be PHR/SPHR qualified), your background will have been gained in a dynamic forward thinking organization, most likely in a best in class industry sector i.e. manufacturing/logistics/Retail etc. where you will have operated as a true organizational development change practitioner.
- A self-starter, empowering and engaging, you will be the type who can work alongside a range of stakeholders bringing clarity and direction and delivering high impact change to an organizations most valuable asset.
