Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business or equivalent required.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in complex labor relations experience including bargaining required.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in employee related investigations required.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ leadership experience required.
- First chair negotiations experience strongly preferred.
