Key Responsibilities:

Experienced recruiting focuses on aligning candidates who bring previous knowledge expertise, and a unique point of view to expand and grow the organization.

  • Identify “best fit” candidates through multiple sources including employee referrals, social networking sites (e.g. LinkedIn), alumni networks, job fairs, etc.
  • Work with school teams to define and execute recruitment strategies at their campuses
  • Execute on processes to implement hiring plans based on business strategy in consultation with the Management Team
  • Manage candidates through the entire interview and hiring process
  • Serve as a “Brand Ambassador” to expand our internal & external footprint in order to build a strong employer brand
  • Create innovative recruiting methods, selection assessment tools, and hiring process improvements.
  • Responsible for scanning the marketplace for trends, and obtaining information on competitive positioning, and make recommendations regarding how this information might impact hiring plans and/or sourcing strategies
  • In coordination with the talent team, create succession planning to increase organizational longevity by allowing them to create talent pools for mission-critical roles, identify skill gaps, and align development opportunities to prepare their workforce to meet current and future needs 



  • Possesses a high level of specialized knowledge in experienced hire recruitment
    within Financial Services, a Consulting firm, or a similar environment
  • Knowledge of recruiting/hiring laws and best practices
  • Knowledge of labor relation principles and best practices within New York State
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrate a willingness to step outside of your comfort zone to develop new methodologies and approaches in the spirit of experimentation and innovation
  • 4 – 6 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Superior interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a high-pressure environment and multiple assignments with a positive attitude
  • Possess a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Maintain a genial approach and commitment to teamwork as we place a high emphasis on civility and camaraderie
