THE POSITION:  Executive Coordinator

The Executive Coordinator works onsite in the Home Office located in Golden, CO

JOB SUMMARY

Provides senior level, professional proactive and responsive support to the four-person Executive Team for the Centers for Spiritual Living

Assists and supports the Executive Director in the daily operations of the Home Office

Works closely with the Management Team to provide support in leadersip activities and initiatives across the organization

Acts as Human Resources liaison, providing guidance and support in the development of policies, initiatives and projects

Coordinates with several organizational committees to provide Home Office support for programs, events and projects

Coordinates internal and external organizational communication for Home Office and the Executive Team

Assists with event management, event planning and interfaces with the field for organization-wide initiatives

Develops reporting, presentations and informational materials on behalf of the Executive Team

Works cross-functionally with teams at Home Office and throughout the organization to ensure consistent communication, scheduling and deliverables

Coordinates meetings and events in live and online formats on behalf of the Executive Team and the organization's Leadership Council as required

Coordinates the travel and associated budget portfolio for the Executive Team and other designated groups as required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES


Proven track record of project/initiative coordination in a senior level HR setting

Knowledge of HR legislation, HRIS and employee file management

Experience in creating HR templates such as job descriptions, job advertisements, organizational announcements, etc.

Demonstrated commitment to service excellence in supporting executive teams

Ability to organize schedules and prioritize multiple requests from various stakeholders

Keen ability to focus attention to detail while embracing the big picture of a situation

Must be able to anticipate problems and issue and communicate those with team members in order to build contingencies and solve issues in a timely manner

Able to set and meet deadlines in a globally-focused client service environment across multiple time zones

Proactive in problem solving and ensuring tasks are completed on time and with a high quality of deliverables

Demonstrated professional quality writing skills, including the ability to write concise, creative and informative material

Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, Zoom, Survey Monkey and Salesforce (or other database/CRM system)

SALARY AND BENEFITS
