JOB SUMMARY: The Employee Relations Manager will work with various departments and advise management on matters related to: employee and labor relations issues, disciplinary matters, collective bargaining, grievances, arbitrations, etc. Will be responsible for conducting timely workplace investigations and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. Must be able to establish and maintain strong and constructive relationships with management and union representatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of Employee and Labor Relation experience desired
- Experience with unions and administering collective bargaining agreements in a healthcare environment required
- Experience with 1199 and/or NYSNA a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required
