Revantage Corporate Services is a newly formed company created to provide corporate services consisting of HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, Risk Management and Technology to real estate portfolio companies, wholly owned by Blackstone funds, in various sectors including multifamily (LivCor), commercial office (Equity Office), retail (ShopCore), industrial (Gateway), senior living (Longview) and hotel (BRE Hotels and Resorts). The Director of People Development will partner with Portfolio Company leadership and the People & Culture Business Partners to improve the effectiveness of the various organizations. Further, they will be responsible for a variety of large-scale, organization-wide projects all designed to strengthen Revantage and the Portfolio Companies.


  • Partner with People & Culture Business Partners to design and implement leadership, team and individual development strategies designed to fulfill the business strategy.
  • Plan and implement organizational change initiatives. 
  • Continuously evaluate the organizational development needs throughout the companies and make recommendations.
  • Consult with Business Partners, leaders and managers to assist them with all organization development needs including:        
  1. Change Management
  2. Team Building/Group Process Consultation/Meeting Facilitation
  3. Visioning/Goal Setting
  4. Executive/Management Coaching to include use of Multi-Rater Feedback
  5. Organization Diagnosis/Design
  6. Work Design
  7. Career Counseling
  8. Competency Modeling/Career Pathing
  9. Leadership Development/Management Development Interventions
  • Design, implement, conduct, monitor and support regional corporate learnings that are linked to critical business programs, plans and issues. Utilizes both internal and external resources.
  • Select, evaluate, and manage vendors/partners/learning vehicles.
  • Takes a leadership role in designing and execution of the employee engagement surveys.
  • Provides direction in the design of the leadership and functional meetings across portfolio companies.
  • Takes a leadership role in the planning and execution of important cultural initiatives.


  • Performs other duties as assigned.



Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of the following: change management, leadership/management development, use of 360 multi rater feedback instruments, team building/group process consultation, organizational design, job design, executive/management coaching, competency modeling, instructional design, facilitating to employees of varying organizational levels and functions, facilitating team/group meetings, needs analysis, skill gap analysis, facilitating training classes on a variety of topics, and methods of measuring the effectiveness of interventions. Master’s Degree in Organizational Development preferred. A successful candidate for the position will also require the following attributes: Pro-active when approaching clients, self-starter, strong interpersonal skills, writes well, charismatic speaker, ability to partner with a variety of individuals and extremely collaborative.
