The Director of Recruiting will be responsible for building the talent management infrastructure across Quadax. The Director of Recruiting will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment in sourcing the best talent for Quadax. This position is highly visible, reporting directly to the President.

Essential Functions

  1. Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of top talent.
  2. Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.). Complete hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start. Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, intern and contractual personnel.
  3. Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in client satisfaction. Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring.        
  4. Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan.
  5. Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates that improves the depth and breadth of talent and skills within Quadax and ensures exceptional talent is ready and able. Support or lead high level, complex searches.
  6. Successful track record of technical hires.
  7. Participate in organizational strategic planning.
  8. Develop appropriate marketing strategies, define roles and responsibilities of hiring team, and develop service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire.
  9. Cultivates and maintains relationships with a range of external vendors and suppliers.
  10. Define and develop dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  11. Exceptional interpersonal skills and understanding of group dynamics. Successful track record of establishing credibility and trust with a diverse client group, including senior leaders.
  12. Demonstrated leadership and managerial courage – willingness and ability to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction.
  13. Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication/presentation skills.

Supervisory Responsibility

  1. Oversees Talent Management team (3 FTEs with possibility for future growth) and manages team budget.
  2. Strategic leadership experience with a proven track record of attracting, developing and retaining a team.
  3. Manage the performance of direct reports and create a higher performing team. Set individual and team objectives and priorities. Provide coaching and feedback and identify development opportunities.



Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.


Required Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of broad HR talent acquisition experience in multiple discipline areas and levels, including technical recruiting, hiring for nonexempt, exempt and leadership positions.
  3. Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management.
  4. Previous experience in developing metrics and producing various employment reports.
  5. Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs.
  6. Demonstrated proficiency with business applications, such as Microsoft Office suite and applicant tracking systems, human resource information systems.


Preferred Experience

  1. Certifications: PHR or SPHR, AIRS.
  2. Talent Management experience in the following industries:
