In this key role, you will provide leadership for the design and implementation of clinical, non-clinical and competency-based education. In close partnership with Human Resources and executive leaders, your team operates as a strategic partner to drive measurable results through quality training and development programs.

 

 

 

Requirements

 

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Healthcare, Human Resources or a related field
  • Five years of experience in learning and leader/staff development
  • Two years of experience managing and implementing clinical training programs
  • Five years of supervisory experience
  • Familiarity with Learning Management/Talent Management Systems with the ability to develop and deploy learning management technology; Cornerstone preferred
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory
  • Strong ability to lead and apply organizational and change theories
  • Excellent facilitation, public speaking and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve by collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows
