The Director of Inclusion & Diversity is a reimagined position, designed intentionally to focus on helping Susquehanna become a more inclusive community as we seek to continue to support and retain our faculty, staff and students. This position will report to the Assistant Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer and will have strong partnerships with campus and community leaders, including the President

At Susquehanna, we are data-driven and results oriented and success in the first year includes: 1.)
