We are looking for a Director of HR who influences from the heart. The ideal candidate is an expert on HR best practices and uses metrics to drive results; whose impact and value is clear to the client group and HR Team alike.

The successful candidate is comfortable with ambiguous situations, recognizing when it’s appropriate to introduce more structure and process without derailing the company culture. The Director will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and have the ability to build meaningful relationships based on trust. This role involves partnering closely with business leaders at all levels, HR leadership, and employees throughout the organization to ensure talent capabilities drive and support our business objectives. The Director role will continue to evolve and change as the company grows and as the HR organization changes along with it to meet our business needs. How you’ll make an impact:

  • You will design HR strategies that align with the company culture and business objectives.
  • You will develop our compensation philosophy by researching and understanding the latest market trends for employee pay and benefits.
  • You will interpret the application of Company policies throughout the organization, taking a mindful approach that balances the need for both individual autonomy and compliance
  • You’ll interpret data from the world’s top leaders and research institutes to identify trends and recommend solutions to bring out the best in our employees, enabling them to perform at their peak with a sense of purpose
  • You’ll partner with business unit leaders to influence organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning and skills, assessing training needs and identifying solutions that produce results
  • You will build deep partnerships with managers to retain, develop and motivate employees to achieve their full potential through your direction of meaningful programs designed to promote a high level of employee engagement
  • You’ll coach team members to build their own leadership capabilities and the confidence to address employee relations concerns by providing a balanced perspective that aligns with company culture
  • You’ll lead our organizational benefit programs and other value-add employee services

 

Requirements


What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
  • 6 – 10 years of related experience and/or training in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Psychology
  • People-centric leadership style that inspires, motivates, and engages
  • Passion for developing strategic plans and the inner drive to deliver results
  • Experienced in developing fair and balanced compensation plans the reward performance
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen deeply and articulate thoughts and ideas in a meaningful way with employees across all levels
  • Diplomatic and tactful when facing conflict, tenacious in negotiations
  • Proven ability to partner with managers to implement programs and solutions that achieve strategic business objectives
  • A legacy of developing direct reports and leading high-performing teams
  • You believe that people are the reason businesses succeed and understand how to leverage engagement to produce results across the organization
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
