Come join an incredibly exciting organization with a great track record and lots of room to grow!

Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) Nevada is a private, nonprofit organization whose Mission is to ensure that Nevada’s students are set up for success and graduate work-ready. Our Vision is that 100% of Nevada youth complete high school prepared for the workforce and/or post-secondary education.

JAG was founded in 1979, as a state-based, national non-profit organization dedicated to preventing dropouts among young people who have serious barriers to graduation and/or employment.

Governor Brian Sandoval implemented the JAG model in Nevada in 2013, as one of his strategies to reduce the dropout rate and to increase the employment rate of youth in the state.

JAG Nevada is now in it’s 4th school year and has achieved tremendous growth from just over 200 students at the beginning of the 2014/2015 school year to almost 3,400 students in the 2017/2018 school year.

JAG NV has 54 programs in 42 schools throughout the state and have achieved tremendous student success outcomes, with a 92% graduation rate.

With almost 70 employees in 3 regions (Southern Nevada, Northern Nevada and Western Nevada), it is now time to create a Director of Human Resources position, dedicated to ensuring the smooth daily operations of the JAG Nevada organization, by enabling others to do their jobs effectively.
