THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the CHRO, the Director, Compensation will have responsibility for planning, implementing, and the administration of compensation for over 6400 employees. As this work is carried out, an emphasis will be given to maintaining, as well as improving upon, the organization’s competitive position within its markets.
The Director, Compensation will be the compensation subject matter expert for the system, staying attuned to trends in the industry. The ideal candidate will work within the human resources business partner model and be a futuristic thinker, contributing to recruitment, retention, and employee engagement within the health system.
