Position Summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Director of Benefits and Compensation to join our growing Human Resources team. The Director of Benefits and Compensation will manage all compensation and benefit programs practice wide. This role will be responsible for compensation programs and processes, benefits offerings, and analytics designed to help ensure retention, rewards, and a positive and engaging work experience for all teammates.


Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Continually analyze national compensation and benefits policies in relation to similar jobs in comparable industries or geographical areas
  • Manage self-insured plans as well as analytics and cost containment strategies
  • Ensure that all teammate and physician benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, life, 401(k), etc., are managed appropriately and that vendors are held accountable to expectations
  • Manage all federal, state, and local compliance, filings, reports, and audits related to the administration of employee benefit programs
  • Oversee the preparation and communication of information to teammates and former teammates about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures
  • Prepare annual budgets and track all benefit-related expenses on a regular basis
  • Design, oversee, and provide transparency into compensation and workforce analytics to appropriate teammates, managers, and executives
  • Work with HR Business Partners to advise and influence practice leaders in total reward strategy, programs, processes, and ad hoc actions
  • Collaborate with Finance on the development of the annual health & welfare budget
  • Provide mentorship, oversight, guidance, and training to the Compensation and Benefit teammates

Requirements

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • BA or BS degree, preferably in Business Administration and/or Human Resources
  • MBA or MA in HR-related field highly preferred
  • PHR/SPHR certification desirable
  • 10+ years of overall Human Resources experience with 7+ years of experience focused in Benefits/Compensation and management
  • Experience in a self-insured environment a plus
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience supporting high-growth organizations
  • Broad-based knowledge of benefit programs and a successful track record of effective design and implementation
  • Ability to develop a compensation and benefits strategy that is aligned with the critical priorities of the practice
  • Highly articulate with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
