Dental Care Alliance and our affiliates in Mid-Atlantic Region are growing! We are hiring a Dental Recruiter based in the Northern Virginia area to help fill our doctor, specialist, and provider positions through out the Northeast US.  The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience in the medical/dentail field, inlcuding 2+ years’ full life-style recruiting experience; applicant tracking experience; able to work on tight deadlines; self-driven; and experience recruiting with social media. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, plus benefits!

This is a work from home position with travel to the local practices, dental industry events, recruiting events, and the Sarasota Support Campus. 



  • Full life cycle recruiting including identifying, sourcing and screening potential candidates
  • Manage job advertisements, including postings on various job boards and company website
  • Reviewing and qualifying resumes for various positions
  • Track all potential candidates in the company's Applicant Tracking System
  • Scheduling candidate interviews with managers and various internal team leaders
  • Updating recruiting and personnel files
  • Participate in career fairs, on-campus recruiting visits, on-site interview days, etc.
  • Assist in maintaining and growing company's presence on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Assist in candidate on-boarding process and documentation


Desired Skills:

  • 2 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high growth, high volume, team-oriented environment. Medical/dental recruiting experience preferred. 
  • Experience working with social media for recruiting
  • Strong computer skills and experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (Preferably iCIMS) as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication skills; verbal and written
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, conscientious individual who is detailed and organized
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive under pressure; commitment to results and solutions oriented
  • Outstanding skills in candidate pipeline generation
