As a Culture Operations Specialist – (HR Business Partner), you will be instrumental in client satisfaction and successful HR Culture Operations! You’ll be helping ensure Equal Parts upholds its values, both internally and externally. The HR Business Partner plays an integral role in driving client success.

  • You have an ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders and responsibilities and successfully meet deadlines.
  • You are guru in California employment law practices and are constantly seeking to improve your knowledge.
  • You love being the lead on projects and able to work with a team to drive results.

Requirements

What are the details?

Knowledge/Behavior Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience - required
  • Master’s degree - preferred
  • Professional HR Accreditation (HRCI/SHRM) – required
  • 10 + years’ experience in hands-on and strategic HR management
  • Strong understanding of California human resources principles, policies, practices, including employment laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated expertise serving in a consultative capacity to senior business leaders, shaping organizational strategy, results and alignment with business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and respond quickly and creatively to changing and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to discover inefficiencies and provide solutions that lead to business results
  • Demonstrated ability to write, develop and deliver successful presentations and facilitate trainings to individuals and groups at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to lead and delegate work to HR Generalist
  • Computer Literate and technically savvy
  • Microsoft Office Suite capabilities and familiarity with a MAC environment
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license, ability to use your own vehicle, proof of automobile insurance
