The Corporate Recruiter will help to build and maintain the recruiting process that will attract quality applicants to Design Ready Controls, particularly within the production and warehouse areas. The recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruiting: preparing, sourcing, screening, and selecting of potential candidates. 


  • Collaborate with the hiring managers and HR personnel to determine staffing needs.
  • Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory.
  • Use traditional and nontraditional resources, etc. and attend job fairs to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Develop advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates while also attracting passive job seekers.
  • Follow up with candidates and the hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
  • Work with the hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.
  • Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Manage applications/resume files and retention, according to company policy.
  • Maintain memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organization related to manufacturing.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally related staffing in production and warehouse
  • Experience within the manufacturing industry is required
  • Combination  of experience in agency and corporate recruiting
  • Established connections within the job market
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft suite (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Understanding of recruitment processes
