OSG is looking for a Compensation Manager to work at our headquarters office in Ridgefield Park, NJ. In this newly created position, you will work with OSG and all of its subsidiaries, establishing the organization's first discrete compensation function as we continue to scale the human resources organization to accommodate OSG's recent upward growth trajectory. 


What you'll do:

  • Maintain, update, and administer/support the Bonus program for OSG and subsidiary companies.
  • Serve as the central resource for all OSG companies regarding incentive plan design, maintenance, and administration.
  • Manage salary increase program for all OSG companies including budgets, approvals, and communications.
  • Resource to all OSG companies regarding job descriptions, salary surveys, and comp-related data.
  • Design, propose, and maintain organization charts to be used for comp-related comparisons, RFP's, and executive guidance.


What you'll bring to the table:

**3+ years of demonstrated compensation experience in a corporate environment including:
  • Writing communications to instruct managers on comp-related processes.
  • Creating compensation metrics, trending data, and forecasting budgets.
  • Using Excel skills at an advanced level to analyze and present data.

**Bachelor’s degree.

**Pluses include hands on experience working with sales groups to create and administer sales incentive plans; and compensation-related certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or a university program.
