GLOBAL Compensation and Benefits Analyst / Coordinator

 

As part of our growing HR team, we’re looking for a Global Compensation and Benefits Analyst to effectively implement and administer all of our US and UK compensation and benefits programs.

 

Compensation – key accountabilities:

  • Provide first level compensation support to people managers and colleagues
  • Manage the semi-monthly payroll process, in partnership with payroll team
  • Maintain the data in the HRIS, including ensuring timely and accurate data changes
  • Help maintain data integrity in HR systems by analyzing data, and develop and maintain the audit schedule  
  • Support wider HR team in conducting job analysis, and create and maintain a job description library
  • Contribute to the development of Integro’s pay grade structure and levels, including conducting internal and external analysis
  • Participate in annual compensation surveys and maintain primary point of contact for survey vendors
  • Administer and support the annual merit and incentive process, including facilitating the process with HR, finance, and people managers
  • Assist in the administration of sales incentive plans
  • Assist in the administration of executive compensation programs
  • Support any merger and acquisition activity relating to compensation structure alignment
  • Provide reports as requested by finance, senior leaders, etc
  • Continually recommend process improvement for compensation processes

Benefits – key accountabilities:

  • Own the absence management process, including short-term disability, long term disability, FMLA, military leave, vacation and personal leave
  • Support absence management processes including tracking leaves, managing the approval of paperwork, managing medical certifications, liaising with third party service providers, and working with the wider HR team and legal as issues arise
  • Help to develop and manage the accommodations request process in conjunction with the wider HR team and legal
  • Provide first level benefits administration support to people managers and colleagues
  • Administer all employee benefits programs, including health, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, dental, vision, accident and disability, life insurance, and retirement plan benefits
  • Support the open enrollment process for all colleagues, including developing communications, coordinate training sessions in partnership with benefits team, and tracking enrollment
  • Own the new hire process relating to benefits, including communicating benefit plans, answering queries, and tracking enrollment
  • Assist with the processing of benefits for terminated employees, including COBRA
  • Ensure accurate records are kept of employee benefit data such as beneficiaries, plan enrollments, and non-standard dependent validation, to meet regulatory and organizational compliance
  • Approve employee benefit changes, and audit data integrity between benefits and payroll systems
  • Process 401k in-service distribution requests and hardship withdrawals
  • Manage submission of invoices to accounts payable in a timely manner for all benefits related invoices
  • Provide support to employee benefits team with audit processes as needed
  • Assist with Affordable Care Act reporting process
  • Resolve complex benefits issues in partnership with carriers and/or brokers, ensuring matters are resolved in an appropriate timeframe

Requirements

Education, experience, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, math, statistics or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years’ experience in compensation and or/benefits administration is preferred – equivalent experience or skills gained elsewhere will also be considered
  • Required skills
    • Strong analysis skills, and a real passion for data
    • Expert Excel and data manipulation skills
    • The ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high quality results
    • The ability to safeguard highly sensitive material and use judgement to make sound decisions
    • Strong communication skills, and the ability to form relationships at all levels
    • A client-first and flexible attitude, with a focus on solutions
