    Currently we are seeking an energetic, driven, results-orientedCompensation & Benefits Analyst
     
    The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will contribute to the design, development, execution and communication of the organization’s total rewards programs, tools, policies and processes.  
     
    Principle accountabilities include:
    • Collaborate with business and HR colleagues to ensure Total Rewards programs are implemented and maintained properly.
    • Complete salary and benefit surveys for global population, liaising with global HR colleagues as needed.  Research and recommend available surveys and data sources and coordinate the renewal process and, if needed, participate in survey job match meetings.  Conduct analyses of survey results.
    • Support annual merit increase and bonus processes, including strategy discussions, project planning, and enhancements to technology or reports, changes in requirements, reporting, training and communications.  Provides assistance to internal clients throughout processes. 
    • Support Benefits Open Enrollment process to ensure smooth transition into new plan year and assist global benefits team as needed throughout the year.
    • Respond to requests for information related to internally- and/or externally-led benefits audits.
    • Support data accuracy efforts across the organization.     

Requirements

  • BA / BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • Experience working with an HRIS system; experience with SAP HCM strongly preferred. 
  • Data driven and highly analytical.
  • Excel guru.  Advanced skills with Word and PowerPoint. 
  • High energy and resourceful individual with the ability to quickly take control of responsibilities and establish himself/herself as a credible & professional member of the team.
  • Comfort in multitasking and managing fluctuating priorities.
  • Strong results orientation.
  • Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Drive for results with strong process orientation.
