The Compensation and HRIS Analyst position is responsible for supporting global Compensation and HRIS functions and various Human Resource programs and initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support activities to develop, implement and administer compensation policies and programs.
  • Audits jobs for content and prepares job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements.
  • Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position. 
  • Radford Experience or similar comp tool required.
  • May include administration of international programs.
  • Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of HRIS associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities.
  • Develops custom reports, quarterly analytics, and workforce planning reporting to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and business leaders.
  • Maintains internal database files and tables.
  • Participate in modifying existing HRIS platform to meet changing demands. May serves as HRIS super user.
  • Inputs employee personal data into HRIS database and/or documents activities as required.
  • Review, interpret and recommend policy, process or program improvements.
  • Manage special projects.
  • MUST have experience with an enterprise level implementation of an HRIS system from a manual one and be adaptable.

  • Provide reports both to HR and Finance


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field 
5-7 years of Compensation, HRIS systems and International experience.

Your competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets (e.g., experience with pivot tables, vlookups and charts).
  • Radford or other similar tool required.
  • Experience with Classification and leveling of jobs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of Human Resource practices and compliance.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with sensitivity to a diverse employee population
  • Resourceful with an ability to operate with limited information.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests from multiple sources.
  • Excellent Data manipulation skills.
  • Sales compensation HIGHLY desired.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
