This position is responsible for and oversees that all Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), payroll, and benefits systems function continuously and are in good working order. Solves HR/Payroll information requirements by studying business functions; analyzing business systems requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; identifying systems and user problems; writing documentation. Works with Benefits & Payroll Director and HR Director to improve HR/Payroll systems by studying current organization practices; designing system modifications. Position requires pre-employment credit check, pre-employment background check, and pre-employment drug screen.

 

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary, 100% funded profit sharing, plan, vacation, life insurance, family health plan, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) employer match and incentives.

Requirements

Must have sound working knowledge of human resources, benefits, payroll and defined benefits concepts; must have experience with Oracle HR, Payroll and Time & Labor. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in a related area and 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
