·  Manage and execute the recruiting programs including H2B   visa requirements

·  Conduct employee onboarding and new hire orientation and assist with training as needed

·  Help maintain HRIS systems including entering new hire information, making employee changes and preparing payroll for processing

·  Maintain employee files and documentation including I9 forms and employee and performance documentation

·  Follow up on all worker’s comp and insurance claims

·  Help with benefit orientations and administration including open enrollment, leave management and ADA interactive process documentation

·  Help coordinate and monitor the company safety program

·  Assist with organizational development including SOP process and job description development, performance management processes, etc.

·  Answer phone calls from the team members with questions on jobs, benefits, concerns, etc.

·  Support HR Manager is execution of annual goals and department activities

·  Accurately translate Spanish/English as needed for employees and managers or at employee meetings

Requirements

·   Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish and able to translate for employees as needed

·   Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or similar preferred.

·   3+ years in Human Resources role

·   Strong interpersonal skills, coaching/mentoring experience and problem-solving mindset

·   Ability to maintain discretion and integrity in all activities

·   Superior written and verbal communication skills.

·   Experience using MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel).

·   Experience with benefit packages, health, wellness, 401(k).

·   Experience with third party providers: ADP, Ceridian, Paychex, etc.
