Benefits Administration (Temp) - Vendor Employee Data & Billing


Candidate’s main responsibility is a project focused on organizing the benefits vendor employee data accuracy, vendor billing, and reconciliation process of covered employees, vendor premiums to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging in a project to organize the benefits billing and create the reconciliation process.
  • Review and manage benefit vender employee data
  • Assist as needed with data processing
  • Responsible for sensitive data entry
  • Team-work driven initiative
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Has worked with billing reconciliation in benefits field
  • Experience working directly with carriers
  • A superb attention to details, the ability to multi-task, and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle HR Cloud and ADP a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel (i.e. mail merges, labels/correspondence, v-lookup formulas, and mathematical formulas)
  • Experience handling confidential matters with demonstrated discretion and good judgment
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; with the ability to effectively and diplomatically communicate and interact with all levels of internal staff and external contacts
