Location: New York, NY
Position Summary:
Participates in the day-to-day administration of employee compensation programs. Serves as a contact for compensation questions. Provides analysis and makes recommendations to support the company's compensation programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participates in the day-to-day administration of compensation programs, including base salary, bonuses, and long term incentives (equity).
- Conducts competitive compensation analysis/benchmarking through job analysis of current and new positions.
- Provides data management, reporting and analysis for compensation programs.
- Creates and/or validates adhoc and recurring reports and analysis.
- Reviews and approves comp related information on requisitions and offers.
- Assists with HR transactions including compensation and status changes.
- Ensures correct processing of all salary adjustments and promotions.
- Audits and validates comp transactions and plans.
- Completes submission process to compensation surveys.
- Maintains files and databases of compensation information.
- Works with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team with compensation-related issues.
- Develops and streamlines current processes to ensure efficiency.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of compensation administration experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience.

- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.

- Compensation experience required, with equity administration preferred.
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
- General knowledge of Federal and State laws relating to compensation.
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite with a strong emphasis on Excel to calculate IF statements, Pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions.
