  • Develop timelines and resource allocation plans to ensure timely hiring of Ambassadors on each R&B program
  • Support recruitment planning by providing strategic direction on the development of job descriptions and interview process
  • Develop and implement technology solutions to streamline the Ambassador relationship lifecycle with a focus on driving efficiencies in the initial recruitment phases (sourcing, vetting/screening, interviewing)
  • Build and foster relationships with internal People Operations, University Relations, and Client Services teams in order to streamline processes across all departments
  • Develop payment/reimbursement calendars and processes to ensure all Ambassadors are paid on-time.  Liaise with Riddle & Bloom People Operations team to effectively oversee all areas of ambassador payment
  • Develop Ambassador performance management plans with key protocols and communication strategies for escalation. Liaise with both Account Management and University Relations team to ensure appropriate escalation and action from a people management and university relationship perspective
  • Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes including background checks
  • Training the team on and championing the new process to lead change within the organization
  • Participate in new R&B full-time account management hires and train new R&B employees on ambassador operations processes and best practices (interviewing, on-boarding, management, payment, off-boarding, etc.)
  • Nurture R&B network of Ambassadors to support retention and growth of the database
  • Support internal R&B hiring needs by sourcing, and interviewing candidates.


This is a critical position for our firm focused on generating efficiencies among the hiring managers resulting in decreased costs and time spent.


  • 4-6 years’ experience in a fast-paced People Operations role, focused on recruitment (preferably at scale)
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present analyses and findings in both verbal and written formats to all levels of management
  • Direct experience building out the necessary technological infrastructure to move people through our recruitment funnel and ecosystem seamlessly
  • Customer-service focus with outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret massdata
  • Commitment to detail, organization, and efficient time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, andPowerPoint
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and other volume-based recruitment/hiring technologies a plus
