Southwest Gas Corporation is seeking an Administrator/Human Resources for our Phoenix, Arizona location. The Administrator/Human Resources is responsible to administer Human Resources functions in various areas of Human Resources including recruitment and employment, employee relations, performance management, wage and salary administration, records administration, benefits administration, training and development, EEO/AAP, and special projects at Corporate or at a division-based location.

Requirements

This position requires five to seven years of relevant work experience plus a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential job responsibilities.

Professional in Human Resource (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) certification is preferred.
