Description
Prinoth is looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (Generalist) to join our team and make a meaningful impact across our global workforce. This fully remote role offers the flexibility of a 3-day workweek, while allowing you to influence key HR initiatives and support our leadership team.
As the HR Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of labor relations, recruitment, and supporting our VP and managers across the US. Your work will directly shape the success of our people strategies and contribute to building a culture where our employees thrive.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor on labor-related matters, managing conflict resolution and ensuring compliance with labor laws across the US;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies that attract high-quality candidates and help build strong teams;
- Provide strategic HR support to the VP and managers, advising on performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development;
- Ensure consistency in HR practices and policies while addressing the unique needs of our US, Calgary, and Japan offices;
- Keep company policies in line with the latest labor laws and ensure that all regions are compliant with local and international regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, focusing on labor relations and recruiting;
- Proven experience supporting multi-location teams, including remote and international offices;
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws, employee relations, and effective recruiting strategies;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leadership and collaborate effectively with diverse teams;
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive HR issues with professionalism, discretion, and care;
- Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Ability to travel from time to time in our diverse locations.
